Ladies Ministries

 

The Ladies Department at Abundant Life UPC is an active and growing program.  There is a ladies meeting on the 1st Monday of every month.  During these meetings we have games, fellowship and a short message from the Word of God. Also, we travel to the district wide ladies retreat every April in Fredericton.  In the fall of the year, there is a sectional refresher meeting for all ladies interested in attending.  The director of the ladies meetings and all ladies events is under the direction of Sis. Doris Cruickshank.

 

Also on the 1^st Monday of every month, there is a Daughters of Zion prayer meeting held at the church.  This is a time of focused prayer for our children. More information about Daughters of Zion can be found at www.upci.org under the ladies ministries tab.

Once every month there is a widow’s luncheon at All Seasons Restaurant. All widows are welcome to attend this get together for a time of support and fellowship.  The leader of Daughters of Zion and the Widow’s Group is Sis. Daffaine Vincent
